Dr. Karna Bahadur Shrestha

Dr. Shrestha born on 5th October, 1947, in the remote district of the Himalayan Country Nepal. Being involved in Government jobs he has spent about twenty nine years as a Government employee in different status. After his retirement he has changed his life style and being an Yoga practitioner since his early days he has received the Yoga Teacher’s Training from Ananda Yoga Center, Kathmandu, Nepal in the special guidance of honorable guru Dr. Yogi Bikashananda in the year 2001. Due to his great thirst in alternative medicine he joined the School of Natural Therapeutics and obtained the degree of Naturopathy Doctor as well as the doctor of Yoga Degree from School of Natural Therapeutics, Gorakhpur, UP, India in the year of 2002. He has also received the honour of Ph.D degree in complementary medicines and Medicina Alternativa from the Open International University for complementary medicines. Dr. Shrestha is the founder president of Yoga Reiki and Nature Cure foundation, (Reiki Clinic) Thamel, Kathmandu.
